ATM
An ATM machine is located in the main terminal waiting area near the restaurant/lounge.

Airport Safety Office
Airport Police, Fire and Safety officers have an office in the terminal across from baggage claim area

Baggage Claim
The baggage claim facilities are located at the east end of the main terminal. If you have difficulties, see a ticket agent at the airline that operated your flight.

Business Center
A Business Center is available to all passengers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Located at the east end of the main terminal across from the baggage claim area, it offers laptop computer ports and overhead presentation equipment. It can be leased for $15 an hour or $40 per day. Contact the Corridor Concierge/Information Desk to make reservations.

Change Machine
Coins can be obtained at change machines in the game arcade.

Corridor Concierge/Information
The Corridor Concierge/Information desk is located across from the hotel shuttle phones. In addition to a staff trained to answer your questions about the airport, the desk also offers a large collection of brochures and pamphlets about the Eastern Iowa region. The Corridor Concierge/Information is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

SkyCaps
CID provides SkyCap service during flight operations. SkyCaps are available curbside and in the terminal. In the event you can not locate a SkyCap, please ask the Corridor Concierge or an airport employee to page for service.

Services offered include: luggage handling, wheelchair assistance, valet parking, retrieving keys from locked vehicles and jump-starting vehicles. Call 398-7077 for more information or to inquire about making a reservation for valet parking.

Telephones
Telephones with computer hook-up capability are available, as is a phone with TTD capability for the hearing impaired. Please inquire at the Corridor Concierge/Information.

Wi-Fi Internet
FREE Wi-Fi Internet access is provided throughout the Airport Terminal, courtesy of the Cedar Rapids Airport Commission/The Eastern Iowa Airport. The service provider is Dynamic Broadband
